Android: How do I remove/edit a payment method on Google Play?

 

If you wish to remove your payment method or amend the payment details that you use for Google Play purchases, please follow these steps:

  • Open the Google Play app.
  • Tap the profile icon on the top right.
  • Tap Payments and subscriptions, then Payment methods and then More.
  • Tap the 3-line menu button to open the side menu and then tap Payment settings.
    If asked, sign in to Google Pay.
    Under the payment method that you want to remove, simply tap Remove or Edit.

How does a Udolly Premium subscription work?

 

The Udolly Premium feature is subscription-based. You can buy Udolly Premium for various periods of time using a range of popular payment methods. Your Udolly Premium subscription renews automatically and payment methods vary by country.

You can manage your subscription at any time on your Payment settings page.

How can i find out who likes me?

 

The Liked you folder shows you all the people who voted ‘Yes’ when they saw you in Encounters. You can access your Liked you folder by activating Udolly Premium.

How can I send a photo via chat?

 

If you would like to send a photo to another user, simply click the camera icon in Chat. Select either a photo which you sent already in the past or go to ‘Add photos’ and choose a new picture.

Why has my photo been moderated?

 

If your photo has been moderated it will most likely be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You uploaded an erotic photo.
  • You have uploaded a photo showing people under the age of 18.
  • Your face is not visible enough for our preview window and thumbnail images. This will be due to the photo being too small, the image quality not being high enough or your face being difficult to see due to too many filters.
  • Your photo contains a watermark.
  • Your photo contains text.
  • You have uploaded a photo of famous people.

 

Why am I being asked to verify my profile photo?

 

At Udolly, we’re determined to put an end to fake profiles, which is why we’ve introduced photo verification. Together with the other verification methods, it will help to put an end to fake profiles once and for all.

If you have been asked to verify your profile, you will need to complete this process in order to continue using Udolly. It only takes a couple of minutes and is as easy as following the instructions on the screen. You will not be able to use photos that are already in your gallery; you need to take a new photo to pass the verification.

We will then use a combination of automated and human resources to verify that you are a real person and that your photos match the verification photo. We will also use this process to verify that you are over 18 years old. And don’t worry, this photo won’t appear on your profile, so no one visiting your profile will be able to see it.

How can I verify my profile photo?

 

Verifying your profile helps you show other users that you are a real person, making it easier to make friends and get matches.

To verify, simply visit your profile and go to “Verify Profile” or click on the verification tab of another user’s profile to start the photo verification process. You will then be asked to take a selfie of yourself by making a gesture that matches the one shown on the screen.

Within 24/48 hours, our team of moderators will review your request and accept or reject your photo. Once accepted, a verification badge will appear on your profile next to your name to show the Udolly community that you are a verified user.
